I've seen this ages ago and finally found it again: the igneous1 cats, from mafic to felsic:

These are Julian's (Harmonic Tremors) cats, and are named after Californian faults.

Geniale Idee! 😀 Ich überlege schon, wie unsere "Garfield"-Katze heißen würde... "Garnet-rich" vielleicht? Oder "Goethe", wenn sie plutoni[S]tisch ist 😉

„Garnet-rich“ ist ja ein bichen sperrig für ne Katze. Für orange-dunkel-getigert (ich interpretier „Garfield“ mal so) fällt mir aber auch nix wirklich gutes ein. Man könnte natürlich über Garfields Vorliebe für Lasagne zu Sediment-Analoga kommen. Aber „Warven“ klingt auch nicht schick.
